Dominique has 15 years of experience, including twelve years in consulting and three in investment. Passionate about finance and entrepreneurship, she is interested in topics related to finance and transactions.
Dominique founded Nordo Capital in 2018. She has worked in consulting for most of her career, including within Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers’s transactional services teams, where she has been involved in numerous M&A deals, business valuations, financial modeling, project financing, restructurings and strategic reviews.
Over the years, she has also developed expertise in the infrastructure sector, both in the roles of strategic advisor and investor. She has provided infrastructure consulting services on many government projects and participated in several international investment transactions. She worked at Desjardins Group Pension Plan as an alternative investment portfolio manager specifically in infrastructure, real estate and private equity.
